Investigations on apple fruit quality by the means of near-infrared reflection spectroscopy

The department for post-harvest and storage at the Laimburg Research Centre conducted tests with several non-destructive methods to measure the Quality of apples throughout the past years. The near-infrared reflection spectropsopy resulted as one of the most promising methods.
