Meeting with small berry growers association

Meeting with small berry growers association was held at Institute of Horticulture, LRCAF on 11th of February 2019. Through an intense collaboration with members from association, scientists of LRCAF presented new hybrids and varieties from tested plots for their adaptability of local climatic conditions. Main important parameters are following: productivity, resistance to most important fungal diseases, fruit quality, good separation from stalk, bush characteristic. Genetic resources and breeding activities of orchard plants were presented at the meeting.
