What covered the production costs of modern, intense blueberry plants from?

Against the background of changing conditions
every blueberry grower should know his production
costs. Especially the introduction of the minimum
wage has resulted in an inevitable increase
in the cost of production. Wage costs at
harvest represent about 50% of the costs and
will increase through the implementation of the
minimum wage in the next few years to 0.35 to
0.50 € / kg. Additional costs that need to be considered
are associated with the intensifying production
methods of modern blueberry fi elds, e.g.
overhead irrigation for frost protection, drip irrigation
or soil amendment by adding substrates.
