2004/2005. At the end the participating establishments
realized a pro: t of € 47,744. The
main reason for this result below the average
was a low producer price of € 31.92 / dt. The high
average yield of 370 dt / ha could not save the
situation. Only establishments with late sales
at the end of the season were more successful.
The ecologically producing fruit growers stabilized
their operating results because the apple
price was spared from the downturn. The capital
needs of the less successful operations has
reached the level of more than 300,000 €
