After these years, the variety commission, composed of members of the marketing organizations VOG and VI.P, of the Research Centre Laimburg, of the Extension Service and of the SK-Office, decides, whether the variety is introduced or not. The ideal variety depends on the Point of view: the Producer prefers a variety that colours easily, is easy to handl, has a high pack out, is resistant to some fungi and reaches a high Price.
