Publication: "Snackapfel - Frucht mit Potenzial?" in Schweizer Zeitschrift für Obst- und Weinbau

Small-caliber apples (snack apples) are to expand the range of apple varieties. The consumer test 2016 was conducted with typical snack apples and small-caliber apples in a supermarket in Central Switzerland. Survey and tasting aimed to clarify the acceptance of small-caliber apples by the consumers and to obtain information about their apple consumption.
