New developments regarding apple storage

Article which summarizes the Research presented during the storage conference, organized by the Laimburg Research Centre in August 2016.

The presentations varied from the main postharvest decays in South Tyrol to the methods to identify the maturity of apples and to innovative technologies to predict the quality of apples and reduce storage-damages.
