Innovations in the storage of fruits and vegetables

A presentation made at a Agriculture, Horticulture, Development Board (AHDB) storage event for potato, vegetable and fruit growers. The event was attended by a mixture of growers, processors, advisors, agrochemical represenatives, and research scientists. The presentation was designed to highlight potential cross over technologies being exploited in the apple industry such as DCA that could be used in vegetable and potato storage .
