Summer Fruit Conference 7th August 2018

In the traditional Summer Fruit Technical Conference that is held every year at the Experimental Agricultural Station Mas Badia was treated different topics of interest for apple growers. The whole program was developed taking a tour of different field stations.
Experiences and results with prediction tools were presented to support the thinning decision on apple trees: MaluSim, Ag-Radar, RIMpro FruitThinner and Brevismart® models based on climate variables and phenological state and also Greene method based on fruitlet growth.
