Project to develop dynamic controlled atmosphere storage of apples through respiratory characteristics

The UK government is funding a project to develop the SafePod technology for dynamic controlled atmosphere storage of apples through respiratory characteristics. Two years into the project the findings were presented to the apple growers collaborating within the project.
